He has been a member of the Management Board of ORLEN Ochrona Sp. z o.o. since March 2024. He directly supervises the security office, the technical office, and the branch in Gdańsk.

Mr. Bogdan Wochowski holds a master’s degree in public administration and is a graduate of the University of Finance and Management in Warsaw, where he completed postgraduate studies in Master of Business Administration (MBA).

He has been associated with the ORLEN Capital Group since 1986 and has held managerial positions at ORLEN Ochrona since the 1990s.

From 2020 to 2024, he served as Director and Board Representative for physical security in the private sector.

With over 30 years of professional experience, he is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in managing the security of facilities belonging to the Critical Infrastructure. He is an expert with a deep knowledge of the personal and property protection industry and a practitioner in securing areas, facilities, equipment, and transports crucial to national defense, economic interests, and public safety, which require mandatory protection.

Throughout his career, he has been responsible for the security of facilities belonging to the ORLEN Capital Group, Naftoport in Gdańsk, Zakłady Azotowe in Tarnów, CIECH Sarzyna, facilities belonging to PERN, and the Port of Gdańsk. As a result, he has undergone training as a Port Facility Security Officer.

He is an author of numerous security audits and a co-author of the Security Concept for the National Stadium in Warsaw.
